Well, at least I know you people Pay attention to your user's comments. In
the interests of peace & tranquility, and hopefully to make Scribble! a
better product (in my opinion), I'm going to request that the Sysop delete my
flame on Scribble! (I'd do it myself, but it won't let me now). I will then
send you my damaged master disk for replacement, and a detailed letter of
major difficulties and 'bugs' that occured to me, and the circumstances in
which they appeared, along with suggestions for improving performance. Maybe
we can come to a happy medium somewhere.
Other than having my flame deleted, I will not withdraw my earlier
remarks at this point, because I feel that a manufacturer of a product has
the responsibility to issue correct & truthful information regarding products
that they are selling. I know what I asked your tech. rep., and I now believe
she did not grasp what I was talking about, i.e., 'How large of a text file
can Scribble! work on?'. It would be in your interest to educate your people
answering technical questions on the products they are representing. A fraud
suit could result one day.
If we can work this out, I will post a new opinion, hopefully one
more to your liking. Fair enough?
Regards,
David Milligan
