Images doesn't support 640 x 400 mode for two reasons. 1. It's a big program, wouldn't run on a 512K Amiga with the 640 x 400 mode. 2. You REALLY do need a high persistance monitor. You can move stuff from Images into Animator, backdrops and windows (brushes ala DPaint). We provide upgrades for cost of disk and shipping. When Images 2.0 (as announced at Comdex) coes out the update will also be $10.0 … These programs are not copy protected. Images 640 x 200 wasn't put on the Animator Disk cause it didn't fit … and Animator doesn't run in 640 x 200 mode. You can do scaling/rotation/whatever with bitmaps in Animator … but it involves doing the rotation/scaling/whatever in Images can creating multiple versions of the windows to use in your animation. This may seem like work, but the Animation will be faster for it. All bug fixes can be obtained by sending in the disk. No charge. We'll announce the next series of (fixes) Images/Animator by mail to current users. Thanks.
