Digi-View makes nice pictures from a good monochrome camera… it takes 3 passes for color. For each pass you place a red, green or blue filter in the optical path to separate the primary color components. Digitizing takes several seconds, depending on rez modes, etc. The Live! digitizer is a "real-time" unit which can grab a frame of video on the fly. The Live! unit costs more than DigiView, though….. On the picture compositing you speak of… if they don't have to move, you can save both digitized pics to disk and pull them into your favorite paint program to cut & paste the body parts (brrr!) together….. j
