Sketch beeping

Don – I've found that the beeping is usually silenced by using the relatively awkward combination of: a) Saving the drawing before starting the sketch command. b) Starting the sketch command, and sketching only til the first beep…….<btw…it helps to have the record increment set just right>…… c) At the first beep, or hopefully at the end of a sketched line, eXit the sketch command. d) Save the drawing. e) Start the sketch command again, if necessary and repeat steps b-d until done………. Keeps the noise level to a relative minimum, so you will have less of the peering eyes. And, you've got me as to why this process works. Considering that one always seems to have a bad case of the BEEPS anytime you restart the sketch command before saving the drawing……no matter what the length of the previous sketch line was.
