Jamie, Yes, I always hope the ^C will allow me to DXFOUT and salvage the drawing, but in this case, I ^C as soon as the drawing is up, then the drawing will continue to load and eventually crash with that error. This worries me in that we took special care in backup methods so as to avoid situations like this. Further, I feel that there should be more available in the way of salvage utilities, or at least more methods made available. If there was any way to edit the header using a sector editor then I would take a crack at it myself, but I have already tried that to no avail in the past. Regards, Jim McMillan.
