Hey, buddy, what's goin' on? Well, every Canadian developer that I know here
in Florida is a cheap b*s*a*d, but that may be due to the fact that they're
doctors and lawyers. So, who can say what the rates should be. I might be
able to help if you're after Architectural rates. I would also suggest, if
your company will authorize the cost, a search of IQUEST here on CI$. Let me
