I've imported ACAD drawings into Ventura at my old job without too much hassle (although I'm sorry to say I no longer remember the details of just how I did it). I seem to recall there were a number of methods which produced results of varying quality – like SLD files producing the worst output and encapsulated Postscript or HPGL plot files being better. But it *can* be done. The proof of which is my CAD manual first draft, which has a lovely ACAD illustration showing the proper insertion technique for floppies <g>. And of course, I had to go and give a copy of it (uncopyrighted, natch) to Hans from Adesk at AEC'90 <g>. I don't know Pagemaker yet, but will soon – it's the DTP of choice at my new office. I can't believe it wouldn't be just as well supported. Craig <I'd better not find that illustration in any ACAD docs!> B
