#Transient thanks
Thanks for your response, Brad. I just peeked at ACAD's SETUP.LSP, and sure
enough, a transient type of program! Now I would like to look up that
function you suggested but my transmission of your message must have glitched
at the wrong moment. Here's what it looks like …
.. Look up the definition of the fU\(]ZK.TJT(hZw your AutoLISP Programmer's
Reference, and take a close look at the file SETUP.LSP, which was included
with your AutoCAD release disks. — Brad
.. While we're talking, and since I'm a neophyte at this telecomputing stuff,
what is the normal convention I should try to follow when I receive a
response to one of my questions? Do I come back later with a thank you, or
some acknowledgement, or does the writer somehow know that I've read his
message?
