Floating Point
Does anybody have documentation on the internal representation of double
precision (64 bit) IEEE reals? The RKM describes single precision Motorola
FFP, but omits description of the IEEE. Does anyone also know how to convert
a single precision FFP real to double precision IEEE (or for that matter how
to convert single precision IEEE to a double precision one?)
