Universal made 8 hours of PROBE: the two hour pilot, and 6 one hour episodes.
It did poorly in the ratings against Cosby, there were production problems.
I doubt that it will return. Although I wrote the first two hour episodes,
I'm not all that upset. For me the show broke some very basic story-telling
rules, pretending to be a mystery, then resorting to "science unknown to man"
for its solutions.
