Got my letter today too. B3 is shipping Thursday. Certified Developers
must send their original B2 disks and disk folder to get B3 for free or
send $20 to CATS. They also mentioned that they are planning to refer to
1.4 as 2.0 in the future……the wild speculations continue 🙂
