Well, the 'Great Magazine Shakeout' was foreseen almost as soon as they
started popping up all over…. much like the Great Video Game Shakeout of
'84, I guess. Hopefully the 'zine quake will subside, and the good, solid
mags will remain standing. And maybe we can build some new, solid magazines
to fill in the gaps where the old shakey magazines once hunched.
