The problem, of course, is that most people don't understand the difference between a Lenco, GVG, or other decent encoder and the one-chip video game encoder the 1000 used to use…. they figure NTSC is NTSC. And the average independent (read "home") videographer who does weddings or whatever doesn't have a WFM or vectorscope so he can't easily see the mess the cheap encoders make. And without a good encoder at hand, side-by-side comparisons are impossible so they think the Amiga puts out a sloppy signal they'll just have to live with. Which of course isn't true at all. Pete
