Betty, WARNING: We're going to have to be very careful here. I had hoped the Amiga community would escape the IBM-format quagmire, but what with CBM calling their flicker-fixed output a "VGA output", we're "caught". Some monitors are now VGA-ONLY. They no longer multiscan; they depend on you having a card that converts all the lower modes up to 31kHz. If I understand the 3000 VGA output, it'll still flip between 15kHz and 31kHz. A VGA-only monitor would not work. So "VGA-monitor" is different from a "multisync that goes up to VGA mode". I sure hope nobody gets burned by buying the wrong one when this becomes more popular and the terms get even more interchanged. (Stopping flag-waving) Karl
