User support does not have a fax number; there is one fax number for the entire company, it is (406) 367-2329. If you fax us a question, we may answer it by mail, if we answer it at all. Technical support is generally voice only, and then only by calling in, not out. We just now went to a 24-hour fax (we used to run it only during business hours) so you shouldn't have any trouble sending a fax to us. It may be better if you do; because Mike will get to see it before you call, then have time to consider your questions. –Ben
