CIS connection at 9600 works just fine. I am currently having
some difficulty getting the modem to work at 14400. That may be my
own fault (and yes I _know_ about using a modem cable that supports
RTS/CTS 9-) or it may be a flaw/fault of the modem. I have been able
to talk to a local USR HST/DS at 14400 but not a long distance one.
