Disk Shipment Delays
To Purchasers of NIX PIX HOT PIX VOL.1 in the U.S. If you have ordered a
disk from us and your order was placed at least 10 working days prior to
today and you have not yet received your disk please call us at
704-544-0117 and let us know. However if 10 working days has not elapsed
PLEASE DO NOT CALL. There is a 5 to 7 day lag on shipping currently and
although we are currently trying to speed this process, every call we have
to take that says "I ordered a disk 2 days ago where is it" slows down
everyone elses order. Please be patient. Thank you.
