Live video rotoscoping is no problem at all. Just check out the example explained in Appendix C for how to do it within Video Post. You can output to D1 many different ways. With the right transcoder, you can use a Targa+ or Vista. With RGB->YUV conversion software, you can go straight in digitally. (Abekas has a utility for this.) You're right… the wish list forms from the 3DSr1 docs were very instrumental in the development of the r2 feature-set. We got most of the wishlist items and added quite a few of our own that nobody got around to thinking of for us. <g> Finally, regarding putting the entire install on the CD-ROM… that's a very big point of discussion right now for the future, and it's very complicated.
