I think I'm going to have to <GRIN> a little wider next time… There is no optical product that I can use as both mass storage AND Frame-by-frame recorder…not that I know of anyway… It does seem like we're being pulled in that direction though, doesn't it… So, what I have to do is buy a Re-writable Optical DisK Drive for mass storage / re-movable media….and….buy a Frame-by-frame Laser DisC recorder as my Master Deck for finished animation work…. If only I could 1) render my frames in digital form, 2) find the mythical company that markets the mythical-every-purpose-optical-laser-based-perfecto-drive, and 3) gather enough money to afford it…..
