John– I always thought that it was something that came with the System disks, but I've seen versions of it here on Compuserve. However, you can use something else instead, since ResEdit is not supposed to be that friendly. Pretty much, any kind of utility that will change the called application in the resource fork (I think I have my Mac lingo right). You might try something that allows you to change icons, for example. I'm sure that ASDG can recommend something… Jonathan
