Yes, you should be able to run both CD's at the same time. If the Toshiba
is SCSI, you can hook it up to the Pro-16 card with the external drive
adapter kit, although for the $60-$70 that it costs, you might want to
stick with the controller you already have.
I haven't seen Action! yet. We are still awaiting arrival of the first M.V.
systems.
