I just read about your problem with your monitor. As I do not have one of f these monitors I can only talk in genral term. Many quality monitors have adjustment pots for things such as picture size, location, linearity and pincushion. These pots are held in place by friction. Most likely the pincushion adjust has moved. The yoke does not move (it is locked down to the CRT with a screw) and should not be adjusted. If it has moved you will see many problems none of which you describe. You might try to see if your monitor has a adjustment pot with something like "PIN" listed next to it. Note: before attempting to adjust anything note the position of the pot first.
