[ continuation ] minimum of unneccessary hassle. One other that stands out is Comeau. This is simply because whenever I check in to AmigaTech on CIS Mr. Comeau is there giving support, free advice, and chit chat. If I ever step up to C++, I know I will happy with his product. 5. 6. Publishing! You didn't mention this one, but I would give my eye teeth for good books on the amiga. Especially programming. I program my amiga for the fun of it, but I am not a developer, so that source of good info is not really available to me. There are NO books to fill the void. If I could find good books on AREXX, C programming on the amiga, specialized programming (database, graphics, etc…) on the amiga, etc… I would buy them all. They would have to be solid books though, not beginner fluff or strictly technical jargon, but something that would provide me the means to go from my current level of expertise to a higher one. If you could revive the Amiga World Tech Journal that would be a great start! Bill – via Whap!
