Yes, Bill, there is; it's mscdex v2.21. Info on where to obtain it is in
file laser3.txt in lib #4. Although a later version of version 2.21 became
available on CIS a few days ago, I do not recommend that new version of
2.21, which is almost indistinguishable from the "older" version. The
newer one may have been meant for Windows 3.1 only, and it has either
frozen or not functioned for several people already, including W3.1 users.
Try the Creative Labs source in the file, if you can get thru to them (it's
