Anthony: I have the Compton Encyclopedia, and am impressd. Sure, the articles are a little abbreviated compared to Brittanica, but the convenience and the multimedia features make up for it. It's neat to be able to just type-in any subject and get the info on it. A general comment: The Compton Encyclopedia came with my Multimedia Upgrade kit; I purchased the DeLorme STREET ATLAS U.S.A.. Both of these CD ROMS realize the potential of this medium. Beware of being to hasty in your software purchases though…I bought The Software Works WORLD ATLAS and was disappointed. W.A. wasn't nearly as detailed as I thought it would be. They could have released this program on a couple of floppies. Tim
