Ahh, there is the big problem at present, WB 2.04. This was discovered long
after the basic 5 titles shipped. It has to do with some odditity in the
way images and screens are handled. I forget the details.
AHD has not been updated since early '91. The current TToH titles will work
with WB2.04. I'm not sure if CBM has updated Grolier disks in distribution.
There is a completely new version in development, so probably not.
This problem is NOT fixed by changing the scripts or running the apps from
a cmd line. Sorry. It requires a minor mod to the code, but X cant afford
to have us update the execs for an online update. Unfortunately, there have
been LOTS of ancillary changes to some of the product databases for the
newer TToH products, so the updated TToH apps wont necessarily help people
with older disks.
Have you registered your disks? That gets you update notices from Xiphias.
There is a chance we might get an AHD + grolier code update if enough
people ask (call or write Xiphias directly, please 😎
I'm real sorry about this problem. Esp since both the titles you own (AHD &
Grolier) are the ones i wrote.
