Bill, It's an interesting situation, isn't it? Just to clarify my position: I'm not BY ANY MEANS knocking the hobbiest. I started as one. All I'm saying is that if you purchase a piece of software intended for a professional application — as contrasted with, say, a game — you should expect to pay a somewhat higher price. It's great that it's not thousands (or even many hundreds) of dollars for a product like Imagine. What got me started was not the application, but the idea of ripping Impulse over the cost of the upgrade. And all I was saying was that by comparison to the marketplace they're playing in, they're practically giving the product away. Pete
