Hmm.
I think a magazine should review freely redistributable software
(whether it be PD, FR, or Shareware). In _most_ cases I think reviews of
FR stuff should be separate from 'commercial' (packaged) stuff. There
_are_ occassions however, when I do think FR ware should be at least
mentioned in global reviews of a particular _type_ of software.
Today must be Tuesday. I never could get the hang of Tuesdays.
