right.. so do a comparison of any they happen to know of. If they
don't know about a non-packaged piece of software, or even a packaged
one, they can't review it. That's life. But to not review a
non-packaged product that the reviewer is aware of for a 'theme'
review is as silly as ignoring a packaged product that the reviewer
is aware of.
