Have you thought of subscribing to the way CIS handles software registration? Type GO SWREG ( I think that is what it is) to check it out. What happens is CIS bills the users CIS account, and sends you the money. Since CIS is an international company perhaps it has ways of getting you the money easier than your listed methods.
