Gee I knew it wasn't only me having that trouble. But it would seem
like Softwood tech support would have liked me to believe that. Seems if
he would have just said "Gee, sounds like a bug I will have my programmers
look into it" I would have been happy and just put up with it, the the
way it was handled…..
