Hi, I own an A2000 with a fatter agnus chip, 9 megs of ram, and an 80 M HD. I use a 1084 monitor. I need to make my amiga IBM compatible. What is the best way to do this? I have often heard that an Amiga can beat any 386… but I have been unable to prove so… guess cuz I don't really know how to use my amiga. I also probably have the oldest versions of anything in this machine. Ok not the oldest.. I've got 1.3 kickstart.. and everything else is about version 34. What exactly is involved with getting PC compatibility, and keeping up with the speed.. like 386 or 486. If after I get a BB, I also have to get a video board, sounds board, disk controller card, etc..? If so… Isn't it cheaper to get a mother board and a separate pc? Is it possible to get 16.8 million colors with an A2000? Also, about macintosh compatibility… I have seen AMAX II work on a 500 and it was much quicker than any Mac SE that I have seen. But had a horrible video flickering… what gets rid of the flickering, I should say, what is the best video flicker free product. Please help me out! Nick
