Don't forget index generation and end notes. Only Amiga WP and
excellence! have these features. I did not count excellence!
because: a) I think the company is out of business; 2) if you don't
have a PostScript printer, your output will be in bit mapped fonts;
3) excellence! files really do not translate well to any other
medium. Amiga WP will, at least, recognize an HP printer's built-in
fonts.
