Trumpcard 500 subsystem for sale……Amiga 500……$130 + s/h o.b.o o SCSI controller for the amiga 500 o external box that attaches to the left side of your amiga o includes its OWN power supply, keeping your amiga 500 nice and cool o includes an extra A2000 slot so you can stick in any half-sized card (its commonly used for the IVS Meta-4 ram card, 4 megs of fast auto-config memory — but I've used it with other ram cards). I have a trumpcard 500 subsystem I'm putting up for sale, $130 or best offer. The unit is a little less than 18 months old. It is v3.1 [latest] of the board itself and v1.3E [kinda old] of the roms & software. For $15, you can upgrade to the latest version from IVS (the makers of this product). If you are interested in this drive, I >strongly< urge you to upgrade, the new ROMs automatically recognize all drive types and support OS 1.2-2.0x, plus AMAX, etc. The current version works fine for me, but I only use KS 1.3. includes: 1) TrumpCard Classic SCSI controller (half-height A2000 card) 2) TrumpCard 500 external subsystem that supports: a) two (2) A2000 cards — one is taken up by SCSI controller b) space for 1"-3.5" SCSI drive c) power connector for SCSI drive 3) power source for subsystem (black brick) 4) version 1.3E of the utility disk IVS also offers nice upgrade plans to their other products, such as the TrumpCard Pro, GrandSlam, or Vector in case you ever outgrow this product. The reason I'm selling is that I'm swapping my SCSI drive with my PC IDE drive since the latter is smaller, so I need to buy a IDE subsystem.
