DiskFont version 36/37
Your best bet for cheap, quality word processing output on the Amiga
probably is Final Copy II. Upgrade your 1.3 version if you can; II is MUCH
better. About 70 bucks and great output even on a dot matrix. Transwrite
is a text editor (not graphical) that is cheap and will let you
import/export Wordperfect files to and from other platforms.
With one of the Amiga telecomm packages that support ANSI, you can tune
things to get a good representation of IBM color ANSI graphics. You need
to use an Amiga version of an IBM font, however, for full compatibility.
The better telecomm packages supply one or two such fonts, but free
versions are available on BBSes.
