If you have a valid path and program name in your Default Tool, and it
won't work, is it possible that the program being invoked has a problem or
is no longer executable itself, or, that the program requires more
parameters than your .info file has in it (for the Project file that you
are trying to "listen" to)?
Is it also possible that the program you are trying to invoke somehow got
replaced by a .info file (thereby making it non-executable)? I used to
make this mistake NUMEROUS times when manually copying files and creating
icons for programs that didn't come with one (SIGH). I now use a script to
take care of things.
