Rodney, I mentioned the 2K number as a rumor. Previous rumors haave had it at the 900-1300 range. As for the features, I doubt you'll haave to unlearn what you already know. More likely there will just be a whole lot more to learn! I cant wait to see it. SOunds like Lee demoed a problem I posed as a upgrade wish way back when – the animated ribbon streamer. Lots of other folkes must have asked for some non-rigid body support too. I think that is the MOST important thing that could be added. And it would not be easy or done in a small amount of code. As for the time, well they are working maily, I believe, in Assembly. For a product of that size the development time doubles when assembly is used over a high end language. However, since it is a realtime I/O device the Toaster probably MUST have assembly drivers. wmc – via Autopilot!
