Barry, What you've run into is one of the fun (?) things about proportional fonts. You can solve it by either setting up decimal tabs for each column of numbers, or by choosing to use a monospace font (such as Courier) for the table. I prefer the latter, as I find it much easier, but, depending on the size of the sheet you might prefer the decimal tabs.
