Patrick,
Please verify that the command is indeed in the directory you specified,
also try to use it and the sound file via a shell.
example:
Shell 1:> run dh0:c/play dh0:sounds/boing.snd
See if that works. if it does, than perhaps the executable doesn't work
within an icon and is only a CLI (Shell) executable. There are some
programs or utilities that won't work with an icon.
