3D CD-ROM users

Walnut Creek's catalog has within their listing for ab20 "(does not
work with CDTV)", or something like that. I've been told these folks are
pretty knowledgeable about all the CD-ROM formats and can be trusted to
say whether or not will work with CDTV. Someone told me that there's
something near the beginning of the ROM that hoses CDTV some way, but I
don't remember what it was; something that made it not just a data disk as
one would hope.
I'd certainly not expect you to support CDTV directly; I'd just hoped
that it would be a "generic" disk, like the Texture City disks and GIFs
Galore are (I'm told). Maybe something to look into is all.
