MsDos ProDraw better??
A friend of mine was at our local computer club yesterday proudly
showing off his latest version of ProDraw for Msdos. Not withstanding
the different platforms the program runs on what annoys me is that
the manual for his ProDraw made the manual for my ProDraw (Amiga)
look like something left over from a garage sale. Also supplied with
the Dos version was more superb cliparts than I had time to count.
Now no doubt it will be pointed out that the Dos version is more expensive
but both versions are marketed as "professional" programs. I would rather
pay that bit extra and have decent, well thought out and presented manuals
together with the little extras and so I would have thought would the
majority of us "professional" Amiga users.
It's more than time that us Amiga users were treated as though we were not
using games machines.
BTW., I've orderd a 386sx board as the cheapest way of getting decent Dos
ability. Seems the only way to go.
