Michel, Thanks for your thoughts on ISDN. I would expect that the costs for access and usage will drop over time, but still don't think that the "average (American) consumer" is going to use or have direct access to ISDN. That is something that the "local exchanges" in cooperation with the "ISDN providers" will have to work out. Perhaps it will be an option available in larger metropolitan areas.
