I recently switched from 1.3 to 2.01 and am having problems with tool types. I use excellence! word processor and need to set the tool types to "SCALE=80 in order to get excellence to read some fonts such as ATimes, Etimes etc. In 1.3 this enabled me to have the whole document on one page. In 2.0 it seems to not recognize my tooltype iinstructions. What could be the problem? No matter what tooltype I put into the info on the excellence! icon it seems to make no difference in the printer output (I use a HPIIIP). I have called all numbers listed for MSS who made excellence!, scribble, online and all phone numbers are listed as "disconnected" they are no longer even listed by the information phone book.
