Pat… I'll jump in here again…what do you mean when you say "…load PPage and print (and it shows the GPFax driver). Do you mean you get the same little solid colored box as you described with WP or are you selecting the GPFax driver somewhere inside the program?! There was a similar problem between FinalCopy and GPFax. When I upgraded to GPFax 2.23, suddenly I could not generate faxes from FinalCopy. Turned out the problem was with the FinalCopy programming…they were doing something "illegal", and when GPFax upgraded, it caused the illegal programming to miss the fax print out. FinalCopy made a change in their code and now all works fine. Could very well be you are facing an identical problem with PPage. Odds are excellent the problem is with PPage – not GPFax (assuming that neither you or the progam are selecting the GPFax driver as your printer driver. Gary
