Dear Michael, I do hope that you can help us ….. We have a new PgS user, she was unable to run PgS – the machine kept crashing. We now have the machine in our office and have set up WB2.1 on the hard drive. PgS intalled correctly. After double clicking the icon, on many occasions a requester "Unable to open your tool "PageStream2UK" pops up. Sometimes clicking on retry works but mainly a reboot is needed. Trying to load a document – 440k in size, if the document is on floppy it will load and display correctly, if it is then placed on any of the HD partitions an "out of memory" message is diaplayed from PgS. I have moved the HD onto two other machines, low level formatted it and swpped the contoller. It still will not work with PgS but fine with all other applications. It is driving me mad !!!. It is possible that PgS just does not like some HD's ? The one in question is a Quantum 52S/LP Please help, Seppi Evans, George Thompson Services.
