#OPTIMUS DISASTER!!!!
Hello all we just had a most terrible experience with Optimus, Inc.
in Chicago. They mastered a mysteriously defective betacam tape
and charged us for it. The laserdisk made is worthless. Upon sending
them another copy they informed us they would charge us AGAIN!
Even though they knew the first tape was defective before it was
mastered. Guess we now know why they require payment ahead of time.
1. We would like the names and addresses of publications to write
letters to so that others will not make the same mistake.
2. We would like to hear from folks who are having laserdisks
made for them. What reliable honest companies can we deal with?
