Well, he does have a _tape_ distribution. (DC6150 tape — TAR format).
I think that is Fred creates a "Fish BBS," he should either 1)charge
something like $1/disk for downloading the "assembled" disks or 2) make
the area containing the disks a "subscribers only" section. Either of
these solutions should work fairly well… And allow him to comtinue to
produce the collection.
