No!!!, it's definitly PPage's fault and not Commodores driver fault! PPage
does not care about left/right printer margins! So far, there is only one
fix: let the driver cut the unprintable margins off.
For Laserjets you can do this with Kellys driver or better, my Studio
driver (wich does fix the offset in a different more reliable (to say at
least) way… but it's commercial).
You can't use the same method for Deskjet printers, because Deskjet
margins are somehow different. Anyway, there is a way to nearly fix the
offset problem: get a Deskjet driver that allows you to edit graphic page
size and page margins (again Studio ;-).
Now you can set the Deskjet top margin to 0 (default is 2) wich decreases
the offset fault and gives you a 0.5 cm (0.2 inch) margin on each side
margin and increase the printable page size by 0.84cm (.333 inch) because
of the two lines.
