In reply to your first question, " Does anybody know of any CD-ROM suppliers who have a comprehensive catalogue?" yes, a firm called CD-ROM, Inc. of Golden Colorado have an excellent catalog. I'm presently travelling and don't have the address handy, but they are probably listed in one of the libraries in this forum.
