Squeeze virus ???
I've heard about a new virus called Squeezer something this weekend that is
supposed to be especially evil and hard to get rid of. In addition it's new
and most software won't detect it.
Does anyone know of a detector for this virus or an eradicator? The nature of
our business requires that we load a lot of programs which belong to other
people onto our system. Viruses we can do without. We're currently booting on
a locked floppy and reformatting our hard drive after each job then shutting
the system off then restoring from an archive copy (known to be clean). All
this takes a tremendous amount of time.
